The Pershing County Mustangs basketball squad (Lovelock, NV), was crushed 67-36 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Incline Highlanders (Incline Village, NV)

With the victory, Incline advances its record to 8-5 on the year. The Highlanders host Coral Academy of Science - Reno (Reno, NV) to meet the Falcons in a 2A Northern battle on Monday, January 13. The Falcons enter the battle with a record of 2-7. Coral Academy of Science - Reno lost 57-11 in their recent league battle against Sierra Lutheran (Carson City, NV)

The Mustangs now own a 8-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Silver Stage for a 2A Northern battle on Saturday, January 11. Pershing County will meet a Nighthawks squad coming off a 46-33 league loss to Incline (Incline Village, NV). The Nighthawks record now stands at 2-8.
