The Tuscarora Huskies were victorious over the host Independence basketball squad by a final score of 58-42 in Friday's non-league outing.

Next, the Huskies face the Heritage Pride (Leesburg, VA) in a Dulles outing, on Monday, January 13. Tuscarora will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Pride enter the outing with a 8-2 record after their 70-61 non-league loss to Riverside (Leesburg, VA).

The (2-9) will now prepare for their outing against Potomac Falls (Sterling, VA). The Panthers enter the Potomac outing with a 11-1 record. In their last outing, Potomac Falls ran past Dominion (Sterling, VA), 72-64, in a non-league outing.
