The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Hilton Head Island Seahawks (Hilton Head Island, SC) and the visiting Bluffton Bobcats (Bluffton, SC), observed Hilton Head Island's basketball team knock off Bluffton by a score of 42-29.

The Seahawks (3-9) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Andrew's (Savannah, GA). The Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 4-7 record. In their last challenge, St. Andrew's prevailed over New Hampstead (Savannah, GA), 35-13, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bobcats encounter the Whale Branch Warriors (Beaufort, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 11. Bluffton will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 5-5 record after their 55-39 league win over Bridges Prep (Beaufort, SC).
