Minnesota High School Basketball - Anoka ripped by Champlin Park
January 11, 2022: Champlin, MN 55316 The Champlin Park Rebels basketball team scored 81 points and held the visiting Anoka Tornadoes to 60 in the Rebels non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Rebels now sport a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Coon Rapids for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 13. Champlin Park will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 76-67 non-league win over Spring Lake Park (Spring Lake Park, MN). The Cardinals record now stands at 8-2.
The Tornadoes (3-6) will now prepare for their contest against Maple Grove (Maple Grove, MN). The Crimson enter the non-league contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Maple Grove was routed by Andover (Andover, MN), 73-62, in a league contest.
