The Osseo Orioles basketball team scored 87 points and restricted the visiting Anoka Tornadoes to 72 in the Orioles non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Orioles now sport a 17-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Spring Lake Park for a AAAA Section 5 contest on Friday, February 25. Osseo will battle a Panthers team coming off a 90-61 league loss to Park Center (Brooklyn Park, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 8-15.

The Tornadoes (4-17) will now prepare for their contest against Centennial (Circle Pines, MN). The Cougars come into the AAAA Section 7 contest with a 5-17 record. In their last contest, Centennial was defeated by Maple Grove (Maple Grove, MN), 65-33, in a non-league contest.
