January 11, 2022: Jackson, MI 49201 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Jackson Vikings (Jackson, MI) and the visiting Pinckney Pirates (Pinckney, MI), saw Jackson's basketball squad overcome Pinckney by a tally of 71-56.
With the victory, Jackson improves its record to 1-5 on the campaign. The Vikings host Chelsea (Chelsea, MI) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 21. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 4-1. Chelsea won 47-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Lenawee Christian (Adrian, MI)
Next up, the Pirates confront the Monroe Trojans (Monroe, MI) in a Southeastern - Red challenge, on Friday, January 14. Pinckney will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 68-56 league win over Lincoln (Ypsilanti, MI).
