Buffalo Gap Bison (Swoope, VA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Mountain View Generals (Quicksburg, VA), 48-34 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Buffalo Gap upgrades its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Bison travel to Staunton (Staunton, VA) to play the Storm in a Shenandoah bout on Friday, January 13. The Storm come into the bout with a record of 2-8.

Next up, the Generals play the Central Woodstock Falcons (Woodstock, VA) in a Bull Run bout, on Saturday, January 14. Mountain View will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Falcons come into the bout with a 7-6 record after their 53-44 league win over Strasburg (Strasburg, VA).
