Mountain View Generals (Quicksburg, VA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Stuarts Draft Cougars (Stuarts Draft, VA), 47-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mountain View upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Generals host Staunton (Staunton, VA) to clash with the Storm in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 8. The Storm go into the bout with a record of 0-3. Staunton lost 63-20 in their recent non-league bout against Broadway (Broadway, VA)
