California High School Basketball - Miramonte crushes Concord

January 11, 2024: Concord, CA 94521

Miramonte Matadors (Orinda, CA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Concord Minutemen (Concord, CA), 65-26 in a league bout.

With the victory, Miramonte upgrades its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Matadors host Archie Williams (San Anselmo, CA) to play the Peregrine Falcons in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 13. The Peregrine Falcons come into the bout with a record of 8-8. Archie Williams lost 65-57 in their recent league bout against Branson (Ross, CA)

Next up, the Minutemen play the College Park Falcons (Pleasant Hill, CA) in a Diablo bout, on Saturday, January 13. Concord will attempt to upgrade on its 3-13 season record. The Falcons come into the bout with a 6-11 record after their 58-48 league loss to Ygnacio Valley (Concord, CA).
