Franklin Yellowjackets (Stockton, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Linden Lions (Linden, CA), 62-41 in a league bout.

With the win, Franklin upgrades its record to 3-9 on the season. The Yellowjackets host Weston Ranch (Stockton, CA) to play the Cougars in a San Joaquin Athletic Association bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 3-14.

Next up, the Lions play the Stagg Delta Kings (Stockton, CA) in a San Joaquin Athletic Association bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Linden will attempt to upgrade on its 1-17 season record. The Delta Kings go into the bout with a 10-9 record after their 63-39 league win over Bear Creek (Stockton, CA).
