Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Franklin Yellowjackets (Stockton, CA) and the visiting Bear Creek Bruins (Stockton, CA), saw Franklin's basketball squad wallop Bear Creek by a count of 55-24.

With the victory, Franklin upgrades its record to 5-14 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to Weston Ranch (Stockton, CA) to play the Cougars in a San Joaquin Athletic Association challenge on Monday, February 5. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 5-20. Weston Ranch lost 45-28 in their recent league challenge against Chavez (Stockton, CA)
