The River Ridge Royal Knights defeated the host Mitchell Mustangs basketball squad by a final score of 70-51 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Royal Knights clash with the Fivay Falcons (Hudson, FL) in a 5A District 6 outing, on Tuesday, January 14. River Ridge will attempt to upgrade on its 14-6 season record. The Falcons come into the outing with a 8-8 record after their 45-23 non-league loss to Trinity Catholic (Ocala, FL).

The Mustangs (13-5) will now prepare for their outing against Nature Coast Tech (Brooksville, FL). The Sharks come into the non-league outing with a 5-7 record.
