January 12, 2024: Manchester, CT 06040 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Cheney RVT Beavers (Manchester, CT) and the visiting Prince RVT Falcons (Hartford, CT), saw Cheney RVT's basketball squad wallop Prince RVT by a tally of 100-44.
With the victory, Cheney RVT improves its record to 7-2 on the campaign. The Beavers host Glastonbury (Glastonbury, CT) to play the Guardians in a non-league challenge on Monday, January 15. The Guardians come into the challenge with a record of 7-3. Glastonbury won 66-30 in their recent non-league challenge against Avon (Avon, CT)
Next up, the Falcons play the Norwich RVT Warriors (Norwich, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Prince RVT will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 76-45 non-league win over Harvard Ellis Tech (Killingly, CT).
