Tri-Village Patriots (New Madison, OH) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Dixie Greyhounds (New Lebanon, OH), 72-30 in a league bout.

With the victory, Tri-Village upgrades its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Marion Local (Maria Stein, OH) to play the Flyers in a non-league bout on Sunday, January 14. The Flyers come into the bout with a record of 5-5. Marion Local won 53-50 in their recent non-league bout against Van Wert (Van Wert, OH)

Next up, the Greyhounds play the Waynesville Spartans (Waynesville, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 13. Dixie will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Spartans come into the bout with a 5-6 record after their 56-42 league win over Eaton (Eaton, OH).
