Iowa High School Basketball - St. Edmond fells Northwest Webster
January 13, 2022: Fort Dodge, IA 50501 St. Edmond Gaels (Fort Dodge, IA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Northwest Webster Cougars (Manson, IA), 68-52 in a non-league bout.
With the win, St. Edmond upgrades its record to 4-5 on the season. The Gaels travel to Clear Lake (Clear Lake, IA) to play the Lions in a North Central bout on Friday, January 14. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 6-3. Clear Lake lost 77-67 in their recent league bout against Humboldt (Humboldt, IA)
Next up, the Cougars play the Emmetsburg E'Hawks (Emmetsburg, IA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 14. Northwest Webster will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record. The E'Hawks go into the bout with a 0-9 record after their 53-24 non-league loss to South O'Brien (Paullina, IA).
