The Great Bridge Wildcats (Chesapeake, VA) basketball crushed the visiting Bayside Marlins (Virginia Beach, VA), 71-44 in Friday's non-league test.

The Wildcats (8-3) will now prepare for their test against Currituck County (Barco, NC). The Knights go into the non-league test with a 6-7 record. In their last test, Currituck County was trounced by Northeastern (Elizabeth City, NC), 59-57, in a league test.

The Marlins now own a 5-8 record. They play next when they travel to Salem for a Beach test on Tuesday, January 17. Bayside will encounter a Sundevils squad coming off a 69-68 league loss to Princess Anne (Virginia Beach, VA). The Sundevils record now stands at 3-10.
