Illinois High School Basketball - Bolingbrook nips Homewood-Flossmoor
January 13, 2023: Flossmoor, IL 60422 Bolingbrook Raiders (Bolingbrook, IL) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings (Flossmoor, IL), 76-71 in a league bout.
With the win, Bolingbrook upgrades its record to 13-5 on the season. The Raiders travel to Lincoln-Way East (Frankfort, IL) to play the Griffins in a SouthWest Suburban - Blue bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Griffins go into the bout with a record of 15-1. Lincoln-Way East won 79-75 in their recent non-league bout against Bloom (Chicago Heights, IL)
Next up, the Vikings play the Agricultural Science Cyclones (Chicago, IL) in a non-league bout, on Sunday, January 15. Homewood-Flossmoor will attempt to upgrade on its 10-8 season record. The Cyclones go into the bout with a 13-4 record after their 52-40 league win over Urban Prep-Bronzeville (Chicago, IL).
