The Soddy Daisy Trojans basketball team (Soddy Daisy, TN), dropped 71-54 in Friday's league battle with the host Chattanooga Central Pounders (Harrison, TN)

The Pounders now sport a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Red Bank for a 3A District 6 battle on Tuesday, January 17. Chattanooga Central will battle a Lions team coming off a 74-64 league loss to East Ridge (Chattanooga, TN). The Lions record now stands at 9-12.

The Trojans (10-6) will now prepare for their battle against Signal Mountain (Signal Mountain, TN). The Eagles come into the 3A District 6 battle with a 9-9 record. In their last battle, Signal Mountain dropped by East Hamilton (Ooltewah, TN), 69-49, in a league battle.
