The Knightdale Knights basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the visiting Rolesville Rams to 39 in the Knights league victory on Friday.

The Knights now sport a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Millbrook for a 4A Conference 27 contest on Wednesday, January 18. Knightdale will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 80-69 non-league win over New Bern (New Bern, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 11-6.

The Rams (3-13) will now prepare for their contest against Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 12-2 record. In their last contest, Chapel Hill prevailed over East Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC), 52-31, in a league contest.
