California High School Basketball - Village Christian crushes Valley Christian

January 13, 2023: Cerritos, CA 90703

Village Christian Crusaders (Sun Valley, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Valley Christian Defenders (Cerritos, CA), 65-14 in a league bout.

With the win, Village Christian upgrades its record to 14-5 on the season. The Crusaders travel to Chaminade (West Hills, CA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 14. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 10-9. Chaminade won 70-65 in their recent league bout against Alemany (Mission Hills, CA)

Next up, the Defenders play the Maranatha Minutemen (Pasadena, CA) in a Olympic bout, on Friday, January 20. Valley Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 6-15 season record.
