Washington, DC High School Basketball - Digital Pioneers Academy succumbs to Maret
January 13, 2025: Washington, DC 20008 The Maret Frogs defeated the visiting Digital Pioneers Academy Pythons basketball squad by a final score of 65-48 in Monday's non-league outing.
Next, the Frogs clash with the Potomac School Panthers (McLean, VA) in a Mid-Atlantic outing, on Thursday, January 16. Maret will attempt to move on its 7-7 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 6-8 record after their 74-63 non-league loss to St. Andrew's Episcopal (Potomac, MD).
With the loss, Digital Pioneers Academy falls to 7-6 on the campaign. The Pythons host Washington Leadership Academy (Washington, DC) to play the Knights in a PCSAA A bout on Tuesday, January 14. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 4-8. Washington Leadership Academy won 49-47 in their recent league bout against Washington Latin Public Charter School (Washington, DC)
