In Saturday's non-league outing, the Point Pleasant Big Blacks (Point Pleasant, WV) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Eastern Eagles (Reedsville, OH), by a margin of 65-27.

The Big Blacks (4-5) will now prepare for their outing against Ripley (Ripley, WV). The Vikings go into the Freelance outing with a 10-0 record. In their last outing, Ripley smashed Winfield (Winfield, WV), 49-46, in a league outing.
