California High School Basketball - Helix over Monte Vista
January 14, 2023: Spring Valley, CA 91977 Spectators at Saturday's league test between the Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA) and the host Monte Vista Monarchs (Spring Valley, CA), witnessed Helix's basketball squad beat Monte Vista by a margin of 62-44.
The Highlanders (12-2) will now prepare for their test against Valhalla (El Cajon, CA). The Norsemen go into the test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Valhalla thwarted El Capitan (Lakeside, CA), 45-36, in a league test.
The Monarchs now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to El Capitan for a test on Saturday, January 21.
