Fans at Saturday's league battle between the Millard South Patriots (Omaha, NE) and the visiting Pius X Thunderbolts (Lincoln, NE), saw Millard South's basketball team get by Pius X by a tally of 53-51.

The Patriots now possess a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Millard West for a A District TBD battle on Thursday, January 19.

The Thunderbolts (10-2) will now prepare for their battle against Norfolk (Norfolk, NE). The Panthers come into the A District TBD battle with a 1-11 record. In their last battle, Norfolk was nudged by Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, NE), 76-65, in a league battle.
