In Friday's non-league outing, the Millard South Patriots (Omaha, NE) basketball squad beat the visiting Gretna Dragons (Gretna, NE), by a count of 69-49.

The Patriots (8-1) will now prepare for their outing against Bellevue East (Bellevue, NE). The Chieftains go into the non-league outing with a 7-1 record. In their last outing, Bellevue East defeated Millard West (Omaha, NE), 59-56, in a non-league outing.
