Nebraska High School Basketball - Millard South fells Bellevue East

Millard South Patriots (Omaha, NE) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Bellevue East Chieftains (Bellevue, NE), 84-67 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Millard South upgrades its record to 9-1 on the season. The Patriots travel to Bellevue West (Bellevue, NE) to play the Thunderbirds in a non-league bout on Monday, January 2. The Thunderbirds go into the bout with a record of 9-1. Bellevue West won 67-56 in their recent non-league bout against Omaha Central (Omaha, NE)

Next up, the Chieftains play the Omaha Westside Warriors (Omaha, NE) in a A District TBD bout, on Friday, January 6. Bellevue East will attempt to upgrade on its 7-2 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 3-6 record after their 48-27 league win over Omaha Northwest (Omaha, NE).
