The Norfolk Collegiate Mighty Oaks basketball squad (Norfolk, VA), was outscored 63-54 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Catholic Crusaders (Virginia Beach, VA)

With the victory, Catholic advances its record to 9-5 on the year. The Crusaders travel to Steward (Richmond, VA) to meet the Spartans in a VISAA Division II battle on Friday, January 17. The Spartans enter the battle with a record of 8-4. Steward won 65-38 in their recent league battle against Norfolk Academy (Norfolk, VA)

The Mighty Oaks now own a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cape Henry Collegiate for a VISAA Division I battle on Thursday, January 16.
