In Tuesday's non-league test, the Grand Island Central Catholic Crusaders (Grand Island, NE) basketball squad knocked off the visiting York Dukes (York, NE), by a score of 66-51.

Next, the Crusaders encounter the Aquinas Monarchs (David City, NE) in a non-league test, on Friday, January 17. Grand Island Central Catholic will attempt to improve on its 11-2 season record. The Monarchs come into the test with a 8-5 record after their 65-48 league win over Twin River (Genoa, NE).
