Indiana High School Basketball - Blue River Valley holds off Union

January 14, 2025: Mt. Summit, IN 47362

In Tuesday's league contest, the host Blue River Valley Vikings basketball team scored a close 42-36 triumph over the Union Rockets.

The Vikings (4-14) will now prepare for their contest against Randolph Southern (Lynn, IN). The Rebels go into the Mid-Eastern contest with a 10-5 record.

In their next game, the Rockets confront the Monroe Central Golden Bears (Parker City, IN) in a Mid-Eastern contest, on Wednesday, January 15. Union will attempt to better on its 4-10 season record. The Golden Bears go into the contest with a 12-4 record after their 51-18 non-league win over Union City (Union City, IN).
