South Dakota High School Basketball - Bridgewater/Emery trounced by Ethan
January 14, 2025: Emery, SD 57332 Ethan Rustlers (Ethan, SD) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Bridgewater/Emery Huskies (Emery, SD), 62-27 in a league match.
With the victory, Ethan advances its record to 8-2 on the year. The Rustlers travel to Centerville (Centerville, SD) to face the Tornadoes in a B Region 4 match on Saturday, January 18. The Tornadoes enter the match with a record of 11-0. Centerville won 53-33 in their recent league match against Irene/Wakonda (Irene, SD)
The Huskies now own a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kimball/White Lake for a non-league match on Tuesday, January 21. Bridgewater/Emery will face a Wildkats squad coming off a 53-46 league win over Gregory (Gregory, SD). The Wildkats record now stands at 5-6.
