January 31, 2025: Ethan, SD 57334 Ethan Rustlers (Ethan, SD) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Howard Tigers (Howard, SD), 65-28 in a league match.
With the victory, Ethan advances its record to 10-3 on the year. The Rustlers travel to James Valley Christian (Huron, SD) to face the Vikings in a non-league match on Monday, February 3. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 0-11. James Valley Christian lost 43-21 in their recent league match against Iroquois/Lake Preston (Iroquois, SD)
The Tigers now own a 4-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oldham-Ramona/Rutland for a non-league challenge on Monday, February 3. Howard will encounter a Rutland team coming off a 70-40 non-league loss to Elkton/Lake Benton (Elkton, SD). The Rutland record now stands at 4-12.
