January 14, 2025: St. George, VA 22935 Blue Ridge Barons (St. George, VA) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting North Cross Raiders (Roanoke, VA), 54-18 in a league match.
With the victory, Blue Ridge upgrades its record to 5-1 on the year. The Barons travel to New Covenant (Lynchburg, VA) to face the Gryphons in a challenge on Thursday, January 16. The Gryphons come into the challenge with a record of 4-2. New Covenant won 44-37 in their recent league challenge against Fishburne Military (Waynesboro, VA)
In their next game, the Raiders encounter the New Covenant Gryphons (Lynchburg, VA) in a challenge, on Thursday, January 23. North Cross will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record.
