New Jersey High School Basketball - Shore Regional fells Toms River East
January 15, 2022: West Long Branch, NJ 07764 Shore Regional Blue Devils (West Long Branch, NJ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Toms River East Raiders (Toms River, NJ), 61-49 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Shore Regional upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Blue Devils host Rumson-Fair Haven (Rumson, NJ) to play the Bulldogs in a Shore A - Central bout on Tuesday, January 18. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Rumson-Fair Haven lost 52-34 in their recent league bout against Red Bank Catholic (Red Bank, NJ)
Next up, the Raiders play the Southern Regional Rams (Manahawkin, NJ) in a Shore A - South bout, on Tuesday, January 25. Toms River East will attempt to upgrade on its 2-6 season record.
