In Monday's league match, the visiting Bishop McCort Crushers basketball team scored a decisive 63-35 triumph over the Bedford Bisons.

In their next game, the Crushers meet the Chestnut Ridge Lions (New Paris, PA) in a Laurel Highlands match, on Wednesday, January 17. Bishop McCort will attempt to move on its 13-0 season record. The Lions enter the match with a 7-6 record after their 36-34 league loss to Central Cambria (Ebensburg, PA).
