Iowa High School Basketball - West Marshall thwarts AGWSR
January 16, 2023: State Center, IA 50247 The West Marshall Trojans (State Center, IA) basketball knocked off the visiting AGWSR Cougars (Ackley, IA), 46-33 in Monday's league test.
The Trojans (4-7) will now prepare for their test against Perry (Perry, IA). The Bluejays go into the Heart of Iowa - Large test with a 3-9 record. In their last test, Perry went down by South Hamilton (Jewell, IA), 83-74, in a league test.
The Cougars now own a 2-12 record. They play next when they host East Marshall for a North Iowa Cedar - West test on Monday, January 16. AGWSR will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 70-32 league win over AGWSR (Ackley, IA). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-9.
