The Panther Creek Panthers (Frisco, TX) basketball nipped the visiting Anna Coyotes (Anna, TX), 60-55 in Tuesday's league test.

The Panthers (12-9) will now prepare for their test against Celina (Celina, TX). The Bobcats go into the 4A Region II District 11 test with a 14-10 record. In their last test, Celina was tipped by Aubrey (Aubrey, TX), 56-47, in a league outing.

The Coyotes now own a 12-12 record. They play next when they host Van Alstyne for a 4A Region II District 11 outing on Friday, January 19. Anna will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 55-27 league win over Ranchview (Irving, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 14-13.
