The Panther Creek Panthers basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the visiting Independence Knights to 43 in the Panthers non-league victory on Friday.

The Panthers now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Centennial for a non-league contest on Tuesday, December 12. Panther Creek will battle a Titans team coming off a 53-46 non-league win over McKinney North (McKinney, TX). The Titans record now stands at 6-5.

The Knights (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against The Colony (The Colony, TX). The Cougars come into the non-league contest with a 11-2 record. In their last contest, The Colony prevailed over Lake Dallas (Corinth, TX), 70-56, in a non-league contest.
