The Helix Highlanders (La Mesa, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Valhalla Norsemen (El Cajon, CA), 62-44 in Tuesday's league test.

The Highlanders (9-13) will now prepare for their test against Granite Hills (El Cajon, CA). The Eagles go into the Grossmont - Hills test with a 12-6 record. In their last test, Granite Hills notched a victory over Foothills Christian (El Cajon, CA), 52-50, in a non-league test.
