January 16, 2025: King, NC 27021 The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Calvary Christian Cougar (King, NC) and the visiting Oak Level Baptist Academy Conquerors (Stokesdale, NC), observed Calvary Christian's basketball team overwhelm Oak Level Baptist Academy by a score of 74-23.
The Cougar (12-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Wilson Christian Academy (Wilson, NC). The Chargers come into the non-league challenge with a 2-12 record. In their last challenge, Wilson Christian Academy was routed by Rocky Mount Academy (Rocky Mount, NC), 57-30, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Conquerors battle the Abundant Life Christian Academy Knights (Indian Trail, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 17. Oak Level Baptist Academy will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 62-35 non-league loss to Shining Light Baptist Academy (Monroe, NC).
