Georgia High School Basketball - Christian Heritage nips Tyner Academy
January 17, 2023: Dalton, GA 30722 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Christian Heritage Lions (Dalton, GA) and the visiting Tyner Academy Rams (Chattanooga, TN), saw Christian Heritage's basketball squad hold off Tyner Academy by a count of 62-55.
With the victory, Christian Heritage upgrades its record to 16-0 on the campaign. The Lions host Social Circle (Social Circle, GA) to play the Redskins in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 20. The Redskins come into the challenge with a record of 8-7. Social Circle lost 51-49 in their recent non-league challenge against Lithonia (Lithonia, GA)
Next up, the Rams play the Marion County Warriors (Jasper, TN) in a 2A District 4 challenge, on Thursday, January 19. Tyner Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 10-4 season record.
