The Lynchburg HomeSchool Patriots basketball team (Lynchburg, VA), was toppled 65-53 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host New Covenant Gryphons (Lynchburg, VA)

The Gryphons now possess a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy for a non-league battle on Thursday, January 19. New Covenant will confront a Ospreys team coming off a 48-42 league win over Varsity Opponent (, ). The Ospreys record now stands at 7-6.

The Patriots (2-9) will now prepare for their battle against Regents (Charlottesville, VA). The Lions come into the non-league battle with a 12-2 record.
