New Jersey High School Basketball - Secaucus knocked off by Lyndhurst
January 17, 2024: Lyndhurst, NJ 07071 The Lyndhurst Golden Bears basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Secaucus Patriots to 57 in the Golden Bears league triumph on Wednesday.
The Golden Bears now sport a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Arlington for a Northwest Jersey - National contest on Friday, January 19. Lyndhurst will meet a Vikings team coming off a 75-45 league loss to Rutherford (Rutherford, NJ). The Vikings record now stands at 7-8.
The Patriots (4-11) will now prepare for their contest against Harrison (Harrison, NJ). The Blue Tide enter the Northwest Jersey - National contest with a 1-10 record. In their last contest, Harrison was defeated by Weehawken (Weehawken, NJ), 68-57, in a league contest.
