January 17, 2024: Monongahela, PA 15063 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Elizabeth Forward Warriors (Elizabeth, PA) and the host Ringgold Rams (Monongahela, PA), saw Elizabeth Forward's basketball squad wallop Ringgold by a tally of 65-9.
With the victory, Elizabeth Forward improves its record to 12-2 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Uniontown (Uniontown, PA) to confront the Red Raiders in a WPIAL 4A 3 challenge on Friday, January 19. The Red Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 5-9. Uniontown lost 50-34 in their recent league challenge against Laurel Highlands (Uniontown, PA)
Next up, the Rams confront the Belle Vernon Leopards (Belle Vernon, PA) in a WPIAL 4A 3 challenge, on Monday, January 22. Ringgold will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record. The Leopards come into the challenge with a 5-8 record after their 45-11 league loss to West Mifflin (West Mifflin, PA).
