Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Bishop McCort tops Bedford
January 17, 2024: Johnstown, PA 15905 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Bishop McCort Crushers (Johnstown, PA) and the visiting Bedford Bisons (Bedford, PA), saw Bishop McCort's basketball squad knock off Bedford by a count of 35-26.
With the victory, Bishop McCort upgrades its record to 5-6 on the campaign. The Crushers travel to Richland (Johnstown, PA) to play the Rams in a challenge on Wednesday, January 24. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 9-4. Richland lost 65-48 in their recent league challenge against Penn Cambria (Cresson, PA)
Next up, the Bisons play the Central Cambria Red Devils (Ebensburg, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 31. Bedford will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
