January 17, 2025: Comfort, TX 78013 Comfort Bobcats/Deer (Comfort, TX) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Brady Bulldogs (Brady, TX), 80-63 in a league match.
With the victory, Comfort advances its record to 15-10 on the year. The Bobcats/Deer travel to Florence (Florence, TX) to face the Buffaloes in a 3A Region I District 5 match on Tuesday, January 21. The Buffaloes enter the match with a record of 8-9. Florence lost 68-20 in their recent league match against Ingram Moore (Ingram, TX)
The Bulldogs now own a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Llano for a 3A Region I District 5 match on Tuesday, January 21. Brady will face a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 45-31 league loss to Blanco (Blanco, TX). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 1-26.
