The Verdugo Hills Dons (Tujunga, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Chavez Eagles (San Fernando, CA), 51-21 in Friday's league bout.

The Dons now possess a 10-8 record. They play next when they travel to Flintridge Prep for a non-league bout on Monday, January 20. Verdugo Hills will play a Wolves team coming off a 49-40 non-league win over San Marino (San Marino, CA). The Wolves record now stands at 10-6.
