Minnesota High School Basketball - East Central overwhelms Chisholm
January 17, 2025: Sandstone, MN 55072 The East Central Eagles basketball team scored 76 points and limited the visiting Chisholm Bluestreaks to 53 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Friday.
The Eagles now have a 12-6 record. They play next when they host Pine City for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 21. East Central will confront a Dragons team coming off a 73-65 non-league win over Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] (Isle, MN). The Dragons record now stands at 5-9.
With the loss, Chisholm falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Bluestreaks travel to Carlton/Wrenshall (Carlton, MN) to confront the in a A Section 7 game on Tuesday, January 21.
