Georgia High School Basketball - Duluth succumbs to Peachtree Ridge
January 17, 2025: Suwanee, GA 30024 The Peachtree Ridge Lions toppled the visiting Duluth Wildcats basketball team by a tally of 56-48 in Friday's league bout.
The Lions now possess a 11-9 record. They play next when they travel to North Gwinnett for a AAAAAA Region 7 bout on Tuesday, January 21. Peachtree Ridge will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 52-51 non-league win over Lanier (Sugar Hill, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-13.
With the loss, Duluth falls to 11-9 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Brookwood (Snellville, GA) to play the Broncos in a AAAAAA Region 7 bout on Tuesday, January 21. The Broncos go into the bout with a record of 8-12. Brookwood won 68-66 in their recent league bout against Parkview (Lilburn, GA)
