Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Richland bested by Penns Valley Area
January 17, 2025: Johnstown, PA 15904 Penns Valley Area Rams (Spring Mills, PA) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the host Richland Rams (Johnstown, PA), 68-56 in a league match.
With the victory, Penns Valley Area advances its record to 7-7 on the year. The Rams travel to Bellefonte (Bellefonte, PA) to face the Raiders in a Laurel Highlands match on Friday, January 24. The Raiders enter the match with a record of 2-9.
The Rams now own a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop McCort for a Laurel Highlands match on Wednesday, January 22. Richland will face a Crushers squad coming off a 79-59 league loss to Tyrone (Tyrone, PA). The Crushers record now stands at 9-5.
