The Franklin Central Flashes (Indianapolis, IN) basketball were winner over the visiting Avon Orioles (Avon, IN), 58-41 in Friday's league bout.

The Flashes now possess a 14-6 record. They play next when they travel to Plainfield for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 21. Franklin Central will play a Quakers team coming off a 73-44 league win over Franklin Community (Franklin, IN). The Quakers record now stands at 14-5.
